The deal is set to finalize at the San Francisco Cannabis Cup, which will be held at the Sonoma Fairgrounds Saturday, June 29, 2014.
The soon-to-be-called American Green Universe hydroponics store will continue to service many grow facilities throughout Sonoma County and surrounding areas, as well selling to customers online with its premium lines of cultivation products.
